JAIC T&E BPA

Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC) Test and Evaluation (T&E) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is a contract vehicle managed by the JAIC that provides a streamlined process for the Department of Defense (DoD) and US Federal Government to access a wide range of testing and evaluation services related to artificial intelligence (AI) development.

Scope

The JAIC T&E BPA includes a range of services related to testing and evaluation of AI technologies, including:

  • Test planning and execution
  • Evaluation of AI performance and capability
  • Test instrumentation and data collection
  • Modeling and simulation
  • Cybersecurity and vulnerability assessments
  • Independent verification and validation

Period of Performance and Ceiling Amount

  • The ceiling amount of the JAIC T&E BPA is $249 million.
  • Base period is March 11, 2022, to March 10, 2027
