SeaPort-e is an IDIQ multi-year contract providing services to Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, United States Marine Corps, Office of Naval Research, Strategic Systems Program, and Naval Facilities Command.
8(a) STARS II, a small business set-aside GWAC, provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. With a $10 billion program ceiling and a five-year base period with one five-year option, 8(a) STARS II allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements while strengthening opportunities for 8(a) small businesses.
T Schedule 70 is the largest, most widely used acquisition vehicle in the federal government. Schedule 70 is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule, providing direct access to products and services.

The scope of SPAWAR ICO contract covers the entire spectrum of non-inherently governmental services and solutions (equipment and services) associated with the full system lifecycle support including research, development, test, evaluation, production and fielding of sustainable, secure, survivable, and interoperable Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (C5ISR), Information Operations, Enterprise Information Services (EIS) and Space capabilities. Although not limited beyond the description above, this contract has a primary focus on mission capabilities within the Integrated Cyber Operations (ICO) Portfolio.
eFAST is a multi-year Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) program offering a wide range of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates.
